  • MARK LASHEY

    Lead Pastor

If you could sit down with Mark and hear the burden God has placed on his heart, you may be surprised by his story. He graduated college with a degree in accounting and several years later settled into a job in the corporate world. He handled numbers with ease that he attributes to having a general “accountant’s” approach to life.

At the time, he would’ve never dreamed God would call him away from the corporate world on a journey that would lead to becoming a pastor. Mark struggled for a while with the tugging of God on his heart. He would have never considered himself a candidate for the job. But, after a period of wrestling with God, Mark answered the call and out of that surrender, LifeHouse began.

Mark and his family know that in answering a call, they are at God’s disposal to use for His purposes. That means no agenda, no expectations, no mega-church strategy models - just faith in God step by step.

As we look forward to what God will do in the ministry of LifeHouse, Mark is eager for the opportunity to boldly proclaim truth from God’s Word, and to shepherd this local church body as he is led by God.

Mark married Tammy in 1997 and together they have four children: Abigail, Hudson, Sophia & Bianca.

  • ROB LEIGHT

    Worship Pastor

Rob has always had a love for music. He came to know Christ at a young age and had a desire from the early age of seven for God to use him in music ministry.

In college, Rob’s opportunity to develop his gifts began to grow increasingly. He sang on various music-ministry teams there and then after college went on to become the musical director for several groups.

The greatest opportunity for growth not only in music but also in his faith, was the decade of service with Calling Levi. There he directed the music and programming along with many other responsibilities. Not only was the time with Calling Levi a joy for Rob, but it also prepared him for his role as worship leader for LifeHouse.

Rob married Stephanie in 1999. Together they have two beautiful girls, Grace and Ella and a son, Jude!

  • LETITIA BRITTON

    Children's Director

Letitia came to the Lord as a teenager. At that time, she began to attend church and grow in her faith. It didn’t take long for her to begin feeling God’s stirring in the area of ministry to children. She had many questions about how, when and where this would all come together. In more recent years, after a long bout with a debilitating illness, Letitia sought the Lord for answers and direction in her life. She felt impressed that God was opening up the door to the children’s ministry she had desired to be a part of for so long.

Letitia has been thrilled to direct TeamKID along with the help of her Husband, Kirby and her assistant, Angela Capito. Letitia and Kirby have three children: Christian, Ava and Elise.

  • DANNY FORD

Pastor of Ministry Alignment / Discipleship

Kent was called to student ministry in March of 1999 and has been working with students in some capacity ever since. He has been in full time student ministry for the last 12 years and worked as a Family and Executive pastor for 5 of those years. Kent’s heart and passion is students and discipleship.

Kent attended The College at Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, TX and also holds a degree in Graphic Design. If you asked him what he thought his future in ministry would hold he would have probably guessed anywhere else before Middletown, Delaware crossed his mind (he is a bit of a southerner) but the first time he attended LifeHouse he felt the burden for the people of this community and knew this was exactly where God wanted him. Although he had heard a lot about church planting and was surrounded by friends all across the country in the “planting process” he never expected to be on staff at one. He is excited and overwhelmed at the idea that God has chosen him for this new ministry.
