Adult Discipleship Director/Pastor
The Adult Discipleship Director/Pastor at LifeHouse Church will lead discipleship initiatives that promote spiritual growth, community, and service among adults. This role includes developing and overseeing LifeGroups, Bible studies, Wednesday evening groups, and mentorship programs that help believers grow deeper in their relationship with God and others. Through biblical teaching, leadership development, and relational support, the Director/Pastor will empower adults to live out their faith, cultivating a culture of spiritual growth and disciple-making in alignment with the church's vision to impact the M.O.T. community and beyond for God’s glory.
