Student Ministry Director/Pastor
The Student Ministry Director/Pastor at LifeHouse Church will oversee all aspects of the Middle School and High School ministries, including leading services, events, and small groups. They will manage and develop assistant directors, recruit and train volunteers, and implement strategies to reach students, parents, and volunteers with the gospel. Building healthy relationships with students to encourage spiritual growth and discipleship is a key focus. The role requires affirming the church’s mission, working collaboratively with other ministries, and maintaining a flexible, service-oriented attitude under the leadership of the Executive Pastor and Church Elders.
